Alcohol and Drug Assessment

We are pleased that you are taking this opportunity to participate in the VCU Alcohol and Drug Assessment. It will take you approximately 25 minutes to complete. Please allow yourself adequate time and privacy to complete the survey. This assessment is a brief, confidential, and a personalized feedback tool about your use of alcohol and other drugs (AOD).

At the end of the assessment, you will have the option of printing out a personalized feedback report that will also serve as your certificate of completion. This report will provide valuable information about your relationship with alcohol and other drugs. You will also be able to compare your results with the results of other VCU students.
